Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Denpasar International Airport, Bali.

Day 2 - A day to adjust and relax at leisure

Lounge by the hotel pool or enjoy the beachfront. A beach wheelchair is available for your convenience.

Day 3 - Taman Ayun Temple and Sangeh monkey forest

We’ll begin our day with a visit to the Taman Ayun temple, an essential part of Balinese Hinduism. We’ll then have an amusing encounter with the playful, sometimes naughty macaques at the Sangeh Monkey Forest. Forest guards make sure that the monkeys behave.

Day 4 - Ulun Danu Beratan and Twin Lake's viewpoint

Take a picturesque drive to Bali’s northern mountains. Visit the enchanting Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, seemingly floating on a volcanic lake. Then, journey into the lush tropical forests to enjoy the stunning panorama from the Twin Lakes Viewpoint.

Day 5 - Cooking class, Goa Lawah and Kusamba beach

We’ll depart from our hotel and head north-east to Candidasa. Before reaching our destination, we’ll participate in an Indonesian cooking session in Sanur in the morning and savor the meal we prepare for lunch! Continuing, we’ll stop at the Goa Lawah temple, home to thousands of sacred bats, and visit the traditional salt production site on the beach in Kusamba.

Day 6 - Lempuyang Temple and Virgin Beach

We’re exploring the majestic Lempuyang Temple, high in the mountains atop Bisbis Hill. We’ll be treated to a stunning view of the active volcano Agung from this vantage point, providing the perfect backdrop for unforgettable photos. On our way back, we’ll make a refreshing stop at Virgin Beach to relax and enjoy its serene atmosphere.

Day 7 - Tegallalang Rice Terraces, Saraswati temple and Kecak Fire Dance

Our first destination is the Tegallalang Rice Terraces in central Bali—the typical beautiful Balinese scenes of rice paddies and their innovative irrigation system. From there, we move south to Ubud, where we will visit the Saraswati Temple. In the early evening, you witness the Kecak Fire Dance performance on the famous Batubulan stage.

Day 8 - Besakih Mother Temple

A visit to Bali is only complete with experiencing the awe-inspiring Besakih Mother Temple. This expansive sanctuary boasts 23 temples, including towering structures, and is the backdrop for numerous annual ceremonies and festivals. Perched on the slopes of the Agung volcano, it welcomes hundreds of pilgrims dressed in traditional attire daily, adding to its sacred atmosphere.

Day 9 - Balinese Local Life

We check out from our hotel in Candidasa and return to our hotel in Legian. On the way, we dive into the heart of Bali’s village life, where preserving culture and tradition is paramount. Engage with locals in their daily rituals, from the ceremonial Mepeed and Barong dance to hands-on experiences in traditional cooking and agriculture. Learn about the Subak System’s role in rice cultivation and the art of making coconut oil and coffee. Conclude with a lunch that encapsulates the island’s rich heritage, complemented by traditional music and dance, for a genuinely immersive Balinese experience.

Day 10 - Free Day at Leisure

It’s time for a well-deserved day of rest. Return to the hotel in Legian and unwind on the beach or lounging by the pool. Recharge for the last tour day ahead.

Day 11 - Pura Tanah Lot and Shopping

We will visit Bali’s probably most famous landmark, the Pura Tanah Lot. The temple is located in the sea on top of a rock on the west coast of Bali. At low tide, the temple can almost be reached via a sand dam about twenty meters long. Afterward, we will have the opportunity to shop in the many souvenir stalls surrounding the temple.
